What material is used for our jewelry?
- Stone & West jewelry pieces are made of stainless steel with either rose gold, gold, or silver finishes, 14K gold and 18K gold plated.
- The Stone & West jewelry sets are also made of sterling silver (925).
- Our (stainless steel) may include a small amount of nickel, however most persons with nickel allergies report no problems. This is common in stainless steel. 

What is the difference between 14K gold and 18K gold?
- Both are beautiful but have slightly different shades and comprised of different materials. 14K gold is about 58% pure gold while 18K is about 75% pure gold.
14K gold has a warmer/peachy tone while 18K gold has a rich/yellow tone. It all boils down to personal preference.
You can't go wrong with either choice!

How long is the processing time?
- The average processing time on all orders is 1-3 business days. We process orders daily, in the order in which they are received.
- Custom orders take 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.

Do you currently ship outside of the US?
- Stone & West currently ships to the US, Mexico, and Canada (North American countries).
